Finding the
right fit
We help you
select the right
boarding room
The largest room is not always the right room for every dog. A smaller dog staying alone may be comfortable in a Standard room, while larger dogs or families boarding several dogs may need a Large or Deluxe room.
When you contact us, tell us:
- How many dogs you need to board
- Their sizes and ages
- Whether they live together
- Whether they can safely share a room
- Your planned arrival and pickup dates
- Any medical, dietary or behavior concerns
We will help you select the most appropriate available room instead of leaving you to guess.
Room availability may be limited during weekends, holidays and busy travel periods, so we recommend contacting us as early as possible.

Same-family
boarding
Keep your dogs
together when
it is safe
Many dogs feel more comfortable staying with the dogs they already know. Our larger rooms allow multiple dogs from the same household to board together when they can do so safely.
Dogs sharing a room must:
- Belong to the same family
- Already be comfortable living together
- Be able to eat, rest and stay together safely
- Fit comfortably within the selected room’s capacity
Dogs from different families are not placed together in the same boarding room.
If your dogs need separate rooms, tell us when checking availability so we can plan for the correct number of spaces.

Boarding
options
Do you need
regular boarding
or Board & Train?
Regular boarding gives your dog a comfortable place to stay while you are away. It does not include a complete daily training program.
Board & Train combines an extended boarding stay with structured daily dog training, enrichment and owner transfer lessons.
Choose regular boarding when your dog primarily needs care and accommodation. Explore Board & Train when you want your dog to work on manners, routines and everyday skills during a longer stay.
